Community Assistance

Whether it is providing a cord of wood to help a family stay warm during the winter, medical equipment for an unexpected injury, or a stroller for a Mom who must walk with her child to buy groceries, the Community Assistance Committee is ready to help those in need. This program receives referrals from 17 Placer County agencies who know of individuals experiencing a critical need without the financial resources to provide a solution. The Community Assistance Program supplies goods or services on a one-time basis to clients facing a significant need to lessen the impact of their hardship.
