	Assistance League of Yuma Scholarship Program -- Provides limited support for tuition to selected students enrolled in occcupational/technical programs at Arizona Western College.

	Operation Opportunity -- Provides clothing for adults for job interviews to help them get off welfare.

	AL of Conejo Valley
	Good Samaritans -- Assisteens will provide items and services to Samaritan Center in the form of clothing, meals, computers, bus passes, etc. to homeless and those with adverse economic circumstances who are unemployed.

	AL of Diablo Valley
	Scholarships -- Provides scholarships for high school and community college students based on their need and/or volunteer contributions.
	Scholarship Program/Teacher Grants -- Provides awards for programs that will enrich, enhance and complement the curriculum. They are awarded to teachers to implement programs not adequately funded from other sources.

	Scholarship Projects -- Awards a $500 scholarship annually to a reentry single parent at a local community college.

	Nursing Scholarships -- Scholarships given to deserving students in the nursing program at Golden West College.
	Operation Self-Esteem -- Provides clothing and personal hygiene items to mentally impaired individuals in residential day-care programs.

	AL of Laguna Beach
	Early Intervention Program -- Provides therapy for developmentally delayed infants under one year plus therapy and training for their parents. While parents are meeting with therapists babysitting is provided.
	Scholarships -- Provides scholarships relating to early childhood development, healthcare and education.

	Mentor Program -- Mentoring program of high school, reentry and college students.

	AL of Orange
	Puppy Love -- Assisteens Auxiliary provides a new stuffed puppy for a child to hold at Ronald McDonald House and Children's Hospital Orange County and cooks dinners for guest residents at the house.

	Scholarships -- Scholarships for high school, adult education and nursing (LVN) programs to women students who have overcome adversities.

	AL of Sacramento
	Senior Friendship -- Members encourage seniors in retirement homes to utilize their special talents to knit, crochet, and sew for the needy in the local area.
	Clothes for Careers -- Clothes homeless women who are re-entering the work place upon completion of a job training program.
	Waste Not -- Excess thrift shop items are shared with the Salvation Army and Loaves and Fishes to benefit additional people in need.
	Scholarship Program -- Assistance League of Sacramento awards scholarships to students attending selected Community Colleges in the Sacramento region.

	Links to Learning -- Provides an opportunity to enhance and/or develop new or different approaches to teaching by granting monetary awards to teachers, school counselors and media specialists who apply for an award.

	AL of San Pedro-South Bay
	Weavers -- A project of Spinnakers Auxiliary, this project treats visually impaired adults and guests to a monthly luncheon/celebration and entertainment. Guests are transported by auxiliary.
	Forensic Nursing Scholarships -- Provides funds for nurses to attend specialized training for skills of rape specimen collection and prepares the nurse to stay with a rape victim through court appearance, if necessary.

	Operation Bookshelf -- This project of the Las Aletas Auxiliary provides library service to shut-ins.
	Fostering Friends -- Provides one-on-one mentors for young adults leaving foster care to assist them with living skills, finding living accommodations and other specific needs.

	Watch Me Grow -- A developmental booklet for parents of children is distributed through private and community agencies and is on the chapter's website in Spanish and English.
	Assistance League San Antonio Scholarships -- Provides scholarships to low-income students who have completed 60 hours of undergraduate work and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to encourage and enable them to continue their education.
	Enhanced Learning Through Teacher Grants -- Under the umbrella of Operation School Bell, monetary grants are provided to teachers for teaching material not covered under school budgets.
