Leadership Conference

This two-day conference concentrates on leadership concepts and skill development for nearly 200 incoming chapter Presidents and other influential chapter leaders. The design allows chapter leaders to expand their knowledge of their new leadership roles. Through specially selected topics, participants learn to strategically lead their chapters forward in systemic and lasting change. Participants identify areas in which to invest and more fully develop the potential of the chapter membership and determine the leadership attributes necessary for success in today's community service arena.
