Register for Leadership Training 2012:

Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale Hotel, Glendale, CA

The annual Leadership Training and the annual Treasurer's Workshop share the same dates and location. This format affords the opportunity for chapter CEO's and CFO's to attend this dynamic conference together and build a strong leadership team.

The conference starts on Tuesday, May 22 at 2 p.m. for New Treasurers and at 3:15 p.m. for everyone else.  The conference concludes at 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 24.

* Leadership Training is open to chapter and guild Presidents (President-Elect if President cannot attend) or an Auxiliary Chairman (Chairman-Elect if the Auxiliary Chairman cannot attend).

* Treasurers' Workshop, is open to chapter or guild Treasurers (Assistant Treasurer or Finance Chairman if the Treasurer cannot attend).

* The cost of attendance is $490. It includes transportation, two nights hotel accomodations (double occupancy), total meal package and educational materials.

Additonal Session for New Treasurers

To register for the additional session for New Treasurers on Tuesday, May 22 at 2 p.m., contact Director of Finance, Nancy Reberger, at Finance@AssistanceLeague.org. A new Treasurer is defined as someone with no accounting or bookkeeping experience and has never been a Treasurer or attended a Treasurers' Workshop.

Airline reservations

Airline reservations may be handled by Montrose Travel. Please contact Montrose Travel and identify yourself, your city and your chapter, requesting travel arrangement to Assistance League Leadership Training, CODE #7217. Montrose Travel will bill the national office directly for your airline ticket. Montrose Travel does not charge a transaction fee for any flights for Assistance League travel. If you prefer to make your own airline reservations for Leadership Training, the national office will reimburse for a full-fare, advance-purchase coach ticket. If the ticket price exceeds $450, you must receive a purchase authorization from the National Treasurer, Linda Rowland. To receive approval, please e-mail Linda at: Treasurer@AssistanceLeague.org.
