Assistance League Thrift Shop is favored as one of the best and friendliest in the High Desert by customers we consider old and new friends. The selling of the generous donations from our community help support our philanthropic programs. We have been able to increase those programs as we have grown. In addition, our Thrift Shop is staffed and managed entirely by our member volunteers. We are partners with those who donate and those who shop, as we contribute to the needs of our community in the High Desert. Come see for yourself!
Our gently-used merchandise is sorted, cleaned and presented to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. It is often exciting to find something you have been searching for and at such a bargain price!
Our selection changes daily—one may find antiques or collectibles in our housewares, books or linens departments. Old favorites and brand names are available in our clothing and shoe departments (as well as our boutique clothing and shoes). If costume or vintage jewelry is your choice, we have a wonderful selection. We offer electronics, tools, sporting goods, luggage/purses, as well as fun seasonal items.
Our children’s department is well stocked with clothing and shoes for infants to bigger kids. We have wonderful clean toys, and beautiful dolls (some are even collectibles).
All items are donated by generous community members

- All donations are accepted, except furniture, large appliances, TVs, computers and baby furniture, and must be clean and useable.

- Donations accepted only during store hours.
We have a “NO RETURN” policy on all items purchased, except electronics that do not work (must be returned within 7 days with receipt).
