The Sharing committee distributes to other nonprofit organizations the donated items that cannot be sold in the Thrift Shop.\u00a0 Usually, these are clothing and household items, but may also include books, eyeglasses, children\u2019s furniture, toys, and religious and personal items.\u00a0 Additionally, $40 vouchers are provided to nonprofit organizations and agencies to give to their clients who can then shop for clothing and other items in the ALA Thrift Shop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
