Whether you\u2019re looking for affordable clothes, or redecorating, or searching for a gift, we\u2019ve got it: good quality<\/strong>, gently-used clothing for the whole family, plus household items, books, jewelry, antiques, collectibles and furniture \u2014 all at affordable prices<\/strong>. Framed art and furniture are upstairs in our Home Store. Decorative accessories as well as practical items are available in our housewares department. Find\u00a0everything you need for a starter kitchen \u2014 dishes, flatware, glasses, cookware, place mats, napkins, and more. Or give your home a refresh! Shopping at Attic Treasures Helps Those at Risk<\/span><\/h3>\n

Proceeds from Attic Treasures Thrift Shop are the major source of funding for our philanthropic programs<\/a>,<\/span><\/strong> which help children and adults in need throughout greater Atlanta. Every time you donate <\/strong>an item for resale in the thrift shop, make a purchase<\/strong>, or make a monetary donation<\/a>,<\/span><\/strong> you are helping those at risk.<\/p>\n

Donations are greatly appreciated!<\/strong> Your resale items will delight someone else. Please bring donations of new or gently-used items to the Donation Door of our thrift store during posted hours. Tax receipts are provided.\u00a0We accept most new or gently-used items. Please call us to find out what we can\u2019t accept due to government regulations.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Thrift Shopping is Good for the Environment<\/span><\/h3>\n

Thrifting is now cool! Secondhand shopping is recycling. The average American tosses 81 pounds of clothes PER YEAR. (HuffingtonPost, June 2016) That\u2019s a lot of landfill space! Thrift store shopping lowers your carbon footprint by reducing pollution and waste.<\/p>\n

By buying pre-owned items, you\u2019re limiting the materials used in manufacturing, plus the strain of shipping, often across the globe. You score and love a previously loved gem. And your purchase continues to benefit the community through our local charitable programs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”9891″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]We have no paid employees, just helpful, smiling Assistance League volunteers.<\/p>\n

Member volunteers handle every aspect of Attic Treasures\u2019 operation \u2013 beginning with carefully sorting through all donations. Only items in working condition and ready-to-wear clothing make it into our shop.<\/p>\n

Each week, talented Assistance League members arrange selected items in our windows, on bookcases and shelves, and on our clothing displays.\u00a0Members assist shoppers with merchandise and process sales at our computerized check-out counter. We accept\u00a0cash<\/strong>,\u00a0credit<\/strong> and\u00a0debit cards<\/strong>\u00a0but no longer accept personal checks.<\/p>\n

Our members work hard to make sure the merchandise is always good quality, clean and fairly priced. Come see for yourself!<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”8249″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

We are closed on Mondays<\/strong> to restock our shop, so you can find the newest merchandise ready for sale on Tuesday mornings. Also, until further notice, we are closed on Wednesdays.<\/p>\n
