Participate in Action Week!
As part of our annual Action Week, Assistance League of Austin invites you to join us in “gifting” books to an elementary school here in Austin.
Del Valle ISD Baty Elementary has been selected as the recipient of these books.
Timeline for this project is January 15 to February 23, 2022.
Online Purchase of New Books: You can now purchase new books specifically selected for the Baty school library and a selection of books to be given to all Baty students for personal use. Assistance League of Austin is coordinating this book effort with the Right Gift company. The process of gifting these books is like shopping online.
Right Gift has created a weblink which provides a listing of the books selected by the Baty Elementary librarian. You may select as many books as you wish to purchase from the list. If multiple copies of a book are requested, you may buy as many as you like from remaining number. When you complete you selections you then make your payment. You will receive a receipt from Right Gift. Right Gift will assemble and ship all selected books directly to Baty Elementary. We thank you for your support.
