This year, Assistance League of Bakersfield is proudly celebrating the 63rd Anniversary of Operation School Bell\u00ae<\/sup>. This Program was created by our first chapter president, Ruth Ann Montgomery, and is now the signature philanthropic program for all Assistance League Chapters.<\/span><\/h4>\n
