As a result, the Eagleridge school library did not have enough animal topic books for all fourth graders to check out books at the same time.\u00a0 Therefore, Assistance League has provided animal books for 75 students in three classes purchased through Scholastic Books.<\/p>\n<p>Sharon Lawler, Eagleridge School Librarian says, \u201cIt is so good for our students to see what a positive impact the community can have on our schools.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 Fourth grade students at Eagleridge Elementary in Ferndale have been the recipient of books purchased by Assistance League of Bellingham through their Books and Beyond Program.
