Stockton – Member Receives Community Honor

On Feb.15, Bette Outlaw will be honored with the SUSAN B ANTHONY award for achievement. The event, hosted by the San Joaquin Commission on the Status of Women, will be at the Stockton Country Club, beginning at 5:30.
