The Carlsbad chapter was organized in 1966 with about 15 members and chartered in 1970.\u00a0 There are ~120 Assistance League chapters in 26 states with just under 22,000 members.\u00a0 In 2018-2019, Assistance League chapters served over 1.5 million people, returned over $43.7 million to local communities across the country and invested ~3.34 million service hours.<\/p>\n

Assistance League of Carlsbad currently has ~32 member volunteers working to make Eddy County a better place to live and work through our programs.\u00a0 In 2019-2020, our dedicated members volunteered over 13,000 hours.\u00a0 We encourage you to learn more about our chapter and the many ways you can become involved and make a difference.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Mission, Vision and Values” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
