HELP is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM and the first Saturday of the month from 9 AM to 12 PM. Drop-ins are welcome and appointments can also be made by clicking HERE,<\/strong><\/a> calling 720-598-6126, or emailing help@aldenver.org<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Return equipment
\n<\/strong>Return the equipment promptly after you have finished using it, so we can loan it out to the next client.  We also accept equipment donations.  See a list of items accepted for donation by clicking<\/strong> HERE.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

What do we loan?
\n<\/strong>Assistance League of Denver loans wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, canes, bath benches, toilet risers, and other medical equipment free of charge.  Instructions for equipment are also available. Click HERE <\/a>to see full list of equipment available<\/strong> (in English and Spanish).<\/p>\n

Our volunteers have worked hard to ensure the safety of our clients and volunteers while meeting the increasing needs for healthcare equipment.  As a volunteer organization, we operate totally by cash or check donations with funding by proceeds from the Thrift Shop.  Please consider making a donation.<\/p>\n

In 2022, 993 clothing bundles and 465 toiletry bags were received by victims of sexual assault through the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program supported by Assistance League of Denver.<\/p>\n
