Each year Assistance League of Downey provides multiple scholarships to Downey Unified School District graduating high school students.\u00a0 These students have demonstrated outstanding volunteerism in their community.<\/h4>\n

The scholarships can be applied toward tuition, books, and other school-related needs for the student to attend an accredited post-secondary education program.<\/h4>\n
