An<br \/>\nexception shall be made where required by law and may be made without prior knowledge or consent of<br \/>\nthe donor.<br \/>\nDonor restricted information is shared within chapter by members who require such information, and only<br \/>\nafter they are advised that such information is to be held private.<br \/>\nDonor restrictions apply to this contribution for the duration of the contribution.<br \/>\nAssistance League of Downey may publicly acknowledge donors in publications viewed by the public. If<br \/>\nyou wish to restrict the use of your name and\/or information about this contribution, please fill out and<br \/>\nsign this form and return a copy to Assistance League of Downey.<br \/>\nAssistance League of Downey shall send to the donor, an acknowledgement of a contribution that shall<br \/>\ncontain pertinent Donor privacy contribution information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Assistance League of Downey has a Donor Privacy Policy in place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Assistance League of Downey may wish to publish the names and\/or amounts of your donation in such<br \/>\npublications as programs, newspapers, website, brochures, fact sheets, and videos.
