These efforts ensure that individuals and families facing hardship can feel dignified and supported as they work toward recovery and a brighter future.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the program&#8217;s current structure, the Community Support Program estimates that it will be able to assist over 2400 individuals and families during the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
