If you want to access ALLB Master Calendar<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Access to this calendar is available using the Google Calendar app on smartphones or tablets, by invitation only from ALLB. To get invited to access this calendar, send an email to Marty Isozaki at marty@infowaveconsulting.com.<\/p>\n

Once invited<\/strong>, you will be able to view the ALLB Master Calendar from your Google Calendar app. \u00a0If you don’t have a Google Account (for Gmail, Google Calendar, or other Google apps), you will need to sign up for one. \u00a0When you sign up, you can use your current email address if you want.<\/p>\n

If you have been invited but are using a different email address<\/strong> to access your Google Calendar, email Marty Isozaki with that email address, so he can replace your other email address with the one you will be using and notify you when the new one is ready for you to access the ALLB Master Calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Instructions on Using ALLB Master Calendar<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Click meeting to see details. For a quick display of meetings\/events, select\u00a0MONTH<\/strong>\u00a0view. For a list with meeting\/event dates, start and end times, meeting name, and location, select\u00a0AGENDA<\/strong>\u00a0view. To print, select AGENDA, MONTH, or WEEK view, then select\u00a0PRINT<\/strong>. Click\u00a0<<\/strong>\u00a0to go to the previous display\u00a0or click\u00a0><\/strong>\u00a0to go to the next one. Click\u00a0TODAY<\/strong>\u00a0to display today’s date.<\/p>\n

If you are using your Google Calendar for personal appointments and the ALLB Master Calendar, you will see all of them combined in your calendar. \u00a0If you want to see them separately, click the menu icon (looks like 3 horizontal lines), then uncheck the calendar(s) that you don’t want to see. When you want to see the other calendar(s), just check the ones you want.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Instructions on Using ALLB Master Calendar on Smartphones<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When using an iPhone in a vertical position (aka portrait mode), you will see options for PRINT, WEEK, MONTH. \u00a0To see the AGENDA (aka List) option, turn your iPhone horizontally (aka landscape mode). Once you select the Agenda option, you can turn your iPhone into a vertical position if you want.<\/p>\n
