DONATE A $50 BRICK PAVER TO RECOGNIZE A PERSON IN MEMORIAM OR AS AN HONORARIUM<\/strong><\/h5>\n
Instructions:\u00a0 <\/strong>To donate an engraved brick paver for our “Sidewalk Paver Garden” in front of the Thrift Shop, follow the instructions below:<\/h5>\n

    Complete the Donate a Paver Form shown below.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Pay for the paver with a credit card by clicking on the appropriate “Pay with Credit Card” button or the QR code shown at the end of the form.\u00a0 \u00a0You may also mail a check to the address listed at the end of this form.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Paver orders will be collected and processed when we have a minimum number of ten (10) pavers to take to the engraver.\u00a0 Once the pavers have been engraved, an installer will add the new brick pavers to the “Sidewalk Paver Garden”.\u00a0 However, notification of the donation will be made to the honoree or deceased member’s family when donation is made.<\/h5>\n
