Assisteens membership is open to young people in grades 7th through 12th. Any teen can join, including\u00a0girls and boys.\u00a0<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1534358425696_2974\">We have members from various schools in Norman. Assisteens<\/span>\u00a0support chapter philanthropic programs and activities. In addition\u00a0to volunteer opportunities, Assisteens will learn self-reliance, personal responsibility, poise, public speaking and leadership skills.\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1534358425696_9475\"><i id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1534358425696_9474\">Assisteens meet on the 4th Sunday of the month. The Assisteens have their own philanthropic programs and Community Service activities. They support their\u00a0programs through\u00a0two fundraisers a year, Sunday with Santa and a Style Show. Assisteen members assist with assembling grooming kits and host a costume drive for\u00a0<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1534358425696_9486\">Operation School Bell. In addition, they have, Today&#8217;s Assisteens Tomorrow&#8217;s Leaders, a curriculum for earning Assistance League Leadership\u00a0Awards.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>For new Assisteens membership, complete the Parent Membership Form and Assisteens Membership Form.
