Through its <strong><em>Hands Engaged in Local Public Service<\/em><\/strong> <strong>(HELPS)<\/strong> initiative, NOVEC supports and sponsors a wide range of nonprofit, civic, educational youth activities in Northern Virginia that feed the homeless, support emergency services, and raise funds to fight diseases.<\/p>\n<p>The donated funds will help us deliver our community programs that provide supplemental food, school clothes, and new books to prepare students for success in school and in life.
