SPOOKTACKULAR FUN!<\/b><\/div>\n

Assistance League of Northern Virginia is honored to have been chosen by Eye of the Heart (EOTH) as the beneficiary of its Bingo for Charity promotion on two Tuesdays in October.\u00a0 EOTH is a small business the serves as a liaison to bring together charities, businesses, and community members and to help each find out about and support the other.\u00a0 Our selection for these events is a privilege.\u00a0\u00a0We are grateful for the chance to spread the word about our organization and all its good works, and also to form a new partnership with EOTH.\u00a0 In addition, this month\u2019s events will be doubly fun because they will feature prizes and promotions with a Halloween theme.<\/div>\n

So, please come to the \u2018Hallow-ingo\u2019 for Charity at\u00a0Crooked Run Fermentation<\/b>, 22455 Davis Drive, Suite 120, Sterling, VA., on Tuesday, October 12, and Tuesday, October 26<\/b>, from 7 to 9 pm, for some fun, good food and drink. And be assured that your participation will help Assistance League continue providing much-needed relief to elementary school students and their families in our community.<\/div>\n

Six members of Assistance League of Northern Virginia were joined by many local participants in a hauntingly fun night of bingo games and Halloween trivia at Crooked Run Fermentation in Sterling.\u00a0 Our chapter is grateful to have been selected by Eye of the Heart (EOTH) as the charity to receive the proceeds from two Tuesday night bingo competitions in October.\u00a0 Our EOTH hosts and bingo callers, Stephanie and Stephan, made sure that all the participants had a howlingly good time, and provided only treats, no tricks. The competition was fierce as players tried for a \u2018Hallow-ingo\u2019 and the chance to win fabulous prizes.<\/div>\n
If you weren\u2019t to attend the first game, don\u2019t despair.\u00a0 The next Bingo event to benefit Assistance League of Northern Virginia will be on October 26, and will again feature a Halloween theme.\u00a0 Come in costume, if you like, and scare up some good fun and score some boo-tiful treats by purchasing lots of Bingo cards.\u00a0 You\u2019ll increase your chances of winning and the proceeds will benefit students and families at the 11 elementary schools we serve throughout Northern Virginia.<\/div>\n

Another contingent of competitive members of Assistance League of Northern Virginia faced off in a second night of\u00a0Bingo for Charity<\/b>\u00a0at Crooked Run Fermentation in Sterling.\u00a0\u00a0Our chapter had been selected by Eye of the Heart (EOTH) as the charity to receive the proceeds from two Tuesday night bingo games in October that featured a Halloween theme.\u00a0\u00a0Our members encountered a crowded field of regulars who had also come for the final \u201cHallowingo\u201d event.\u00a0\u00a0All players hoped for a ghost of a chance to win the ghoulish prizes for the bingo games and trivia questions, while also enjoying some camaraderie, food and drink.<\/div>\n

We are very grateful to EOTH for selecting Assistance League for this event and helping us to promote our chapter and philanthropic programs.\u00a0 We look forward to a continued partnership with Eye of the Heart.<\/div>\n
