We are extremely grateful to all those who have contributed to our Community Thrives fund-raising campaign.\u00a0 We successfully reached our minimum goal, which ensured that our grant application to fund our weekend food program will be evaluated by the Gannett Foundation.\u00a0 Special thanks to our anonymous donor-match benefactor.<\/p>\n

\n

With one week left in the campaign, we have also achieved our overall goal of $6000.\u00a0 To exceed that goal would be especially gratifying.\u00a0\u00a0All funds raised through this campaign will be used for\u00a0our general operating expenses.\u00a0\u00a0Everyone who intends to donate is encouraged to do so before the campaign ends at 9 pm, Friday, August 12.<\/p>\n
