We recently held an orientation session to welcome new members in a relaxed setting. The session provided an exciting opportunity for seasoned members to showcase the many hands-on activities we undertake, as well as the variety of behind-the-scenes tasks that are critical to our chapter’s success, such as grant writing, tech support, fund-raising, and public relations. The new members were able to share their experiences and skills, and identify areas where they could help make a difference. We all agreed that we are part of a small but mighty team of motivated, dedicated, organized, and skilled individuals who are united in our goal of helping elementary school students achieve success.<\/p>\n

Our chapter is always looking for new members who share our passion for philanthropy and want to make a difference in the community by ensuring that students have the basics they need to succeed.
