Operation Literacy Book Drive

A quick reminder that the Operation Literacy Book Drive continues through the month of February. We will have boxes for your donations at the February meeting. In addition, you may drop off books at the Chapter House. There are boxes in the hallway between the Thrift Shop and the donation room. Tell your friends and family about it too.  Remember your book donations go to the Open Door Mission/Lydia House, Siena Francis House, Safe Haven/Heartland Family Services, The Shelter/Catholic Charities, Santa Monica House, Stephen Center, Youth Emergency Services (YES), Salvation Army Residential, Operation School Bell and Operation Teen Parent.

Here is what we need; new or very gently used books for all ages, from board books to adult books. We do not take cookbooks or how-to-books. Operation School Bell books must be new and for children of all ages, Operation Teen Parent is in need of board books. Thank you in advance for your wonderful support of the goals and commitments of this committee.
