ARTIST SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

ART WORK:<\/strong>\u00a0 TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT<\/h4>\n

The applicant should submit six images of original artwork completed within the last two years.\u00a0 Images must be submitted through the online application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Information about each piece should include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Number of each piece of work<\/span>
\nTitle of the work<\/span>
\nWhere was it done<\/span>
\nSize of work, medium<\/span>
\nAny other pertinent information regarding the work<\/span>
\nDate of completion<\/span><\/p>\n

Please tell us what area of Art you plan to pursue and why.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PERFORMING ARTIST:<\/strong>\u00a0 SUBMISSION BY APPLICANT<\/h4>\n

If you are a performing artist, submit media through the online application. Include the following information for each submission:<\/span><\/p>\n
