The recovery efforts will take several years and ALP is committed to continued support of our local communities. To date $95,000 has been allocated to support fire recovery efforts.\u00a0 ALP has provided grants and assistance to the following organizations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Friends In Deed to assist with repairs to the building which houses the Women\u2019s Room<\/li>\n<li>Friends in Deed Food pantry<\/li>\n<li>Pasadena Senior Center Food pantry<\/li>\n<li>Pasadena Educational Foundation\u2019s Eaton Fire Recovery Fund<\/li>\n<li>Pasadena Community Foundation\u2019s Eaton Fire Recovery Fund<\/li>\n<li>Altadena Rotary\u2019s Eaton Fire Recovery Grant Program<\/li>\n<li>Union Station\u2019s Eaton Fire Recovery Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Pasadena Boys and Girls Club, in partnership with Assistance League of Laguna, to fund camperships for local children impacted by the fire.<\/li>\n<li>PUSD\u2019s Child Welfare and Attendance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Navigator Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ALP, in partnership with the Pasadena Senior Center, has created the Senior Navigator Program to assist seniors who lost their homes because of the Eaton Fire. The Navigator program pairs a senior with a volunteer who will assist them in addressing the impact of the Eaton fires on their lives and properties. Navigators will be trained to assist with developing inventory lists, creating action plans, completing applications for assistance, drafting correspondence with insurance companies, government agencies, FEMA and SBA and providing referrals to subject matter experts as necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informational Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ALP is sponsoring a series of programs designed to help survivors of the Eaton Fire move through the process of rebuilding or relocating.
