The second and third grade students at Ryan Elementary School received a holiday surprise today when they came to pick up their assignments. Our Readers Are Leaders volunteers had chosen some very special books and assembled various school supplies in a festive holiday bag just for them! Each story comes with a fun learning activity (also designed by our volunteers) and a personalized note of encouragement. Even though we are not able to go into the classrooms to read, we are striving to support our RAL students through these exciting book distributions.
