(not a university)<\/li>\n<li>Be working toward an associates degree, transfer degree, or vocational\/technical certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a 2.5 grade point average and carry and successfully complete a minimum of 10 hours per quarter.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">cannot<\/span> have an associates, BA, BS, MBA or other advanced degree from any US Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">cannot<\/span> have a close relative who is a current member of the Assistance League of Seattle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;rv-faqs&#8221;]<strong>Who oversees your Financial Aid for Education Program?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Assistance League of Seattle and its Financial Aid program are run 100% by volunteers. The committee chair directs the program and receives emails at <a href=\"mailto:fafe@alseattle.org\">fafe@alseattle.org<\/a>. A liaison will be assigned to each student. We encourage students to pay it forward by also volunteering with us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where does the money come from?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">All funds come from donations, grants, or our Thrift Shop earnings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I apply at any time of the year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Applications are reviewed when received and awards are granted quarterly, funding dependent.<\/p>\n<p>I cannot find your application online.
