Members made more than 55 deliveries re-donating $16,488 worth of merchandise that touched the lives of approximately 5,763 people. Besides helping the 5,763 recipients of those donated items, this program has the additional benefits of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping the environment by reuse rather than discarding.<\/li>\n<li>Helping with our return to community.<\/li>\n<li>Increased visibility in our community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some of the charitable organizations that we donate our Thrift Shop merchandise to are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apple Valley Municipal Animal Shelter<\/li>\n<li>Victor Valley Rescue Mission<\/li>\n<li>High Desert Second Chance<\/li>\n<li>High Desert Homeless Services<\/li>\n<li>A Better Way<\/li>\n<li>God&#8217;s Hand Extended<\/li>\n<li>Church of the Valley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;] Another successful year of collaborating with and helping other 501(c)(3) charitable organizations.
