Isn’t she lovely?

For the fourth consecutive year Assistance League of Atlanta participated in the annual Atlanta Botanical Gardens ‘Scarecrows in the Garden’ event. The event took place through the entire month of October, offering visitors a chance to see scarecrows exhibits representing many local organizations. Each year we submit a different version of our Thrift Witch, always using the same head, for the competition. This year, she appeared as “Ann BOOleyn.” As in previous years, her costume came from donations made to our thrift store, Attic Treasures. She made us proud this year with second place recognition in the amateur category competition. Kudos to the clever team of members who created her!
