Silent Auction Instructions

This year, because we had to cancel the Golf Preview Party due to COVID, we are opening up the silent auction to members as well as players. As you can see in the list below, we have 16 great items including a trip to Cancun, Atlanta Braves baseball memorabilia, a medium Green Egg package, and a foursome of golf at Brookfield Country Club. Please look over the complete list. If you are interested, place your bid using the following instructions:
  • Email your bid to lynnplaystennis@hotmail.com
  • Type “Silent Auction” as the Subject.
  • Note the Item # and the amount you wish to bid.
  • Sign the email and send it off.
  • Lynn Farrell will keep track of the bids and inform you if someone bids over you.
  • Bidding will close at 2:00 pm on Sept 27, the day of the tournament.
  • Winners will be notified by email.
