Bay Area Houston Magazine awarded Assistance League of the Bays Area’s Resale Shop the Best of the Bay Resale Shop.
This prestigious award is well-deserved thanks to the hard work of Resale Shop Chairman Kathleen Courville, Resale Shop Vice Chairmen Valerie Piercy and Judy Raiford, the Resale Shop Committee including the floor crew under the direction of Courtney Atchley, Jill Smitherman who manages the staffing calendar and produces the e-blasts, as well as members who serve as day managers and staff – all making running the shop possible.
This all-volunteer endeavor is the chapter’s largest fundraising initiative.
