Assistance League of the Bay Area Members Attend Texas Networking

Each year an Assistance League® chapter in Texas hosts a networking event. Designed to educate and inspire, attendees have an opportunity to hear from fellow chapters about their successes, from outside speakers who provide an external insight, and for attendees, an update from the National President. This year, Susan Dolan provided updates from the national organization and challenged the chapters to focus on the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan, to enable members and leaders to be successful in the areas of membership, philanthropic programs, and fundraising initiatives.

This year, Assistance League® of Houston, hosted the event.

Twenty of our members had the opportunity to attend. Four members led workshops or participated in a panel.

It was a productive event and created though-provoking ways to enhance the Bay Area’s continued growth as we strive to transform lives and strengthen our community.
