Assistance League of the Bay Area’s Operation Cinderella Hosts Two Boutique Weekends

Assistance League® of the Bay Area hosted senior high students from three school districts during the Operation Cinderella Boutique Weekends, March 3 and 4, and March 24 and 25.

Sixty-nine (69) young women, who are referred by authorized campus personnel, came to browse through a wonderful selection of dresses, shoes, jewelry, and purses. Through the efforts of a personal shopper aka Fairy Godmother, each shopper selected a beautiful ballgown with matching accessories.  Jill’s Fashions & Bridals has donated a vast array of dresses over many years.

If desired, Cinderellas may also select complimentary salon services provided by long-time partners, College of the Mainland’s Cosmetology School and Paul Mitchell the School Houston-Webster.

Al’s Formal Wear in Webster will be working with the organization for the tuxedo selection for the young men who participate in the program.
