Assistance League^® of the Bay Area held its annual meeting on Tuesday, May 28 at Red River BBQ in League City.

In addition to brief business conducted, a informative and entertaining history was shared by charter member Sharon Dillard, a 25th anniversary video was played encapsulating the rich traditions, activities, and accomplishments of the chapter, and several deserving members and one community partner were recognized for their efforts.

The 2019 Sue Brady Award was presented to Cathy Wolfe by 2018 recipient Kathleen Courville.

Brunella Altemus received the 2019 Sue Holstein Award by Marie Keener.

Above & Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) Awardees were Charlene Donovan, Ann Hammond, and Jill Williams.

The Ada Edwards Laughlin Award was given to Elizabeth Arceneaux, the inaugural Anne Banning Leadership Award was bestowed to Charlotte Teeter, and the Heroes of Positive Endeavors (HOPE) Award was presented to Frank’s & Son’s Jewelers.
