Assistance League^® of the Bay Area’s Operation Cinderella began the week of March 22.

Senior girls who have been referred by the authorized campus representative, arrive to work with a personal shopper and select a ball gown and matching accessories that include shoes, a purse, and jewelry.

This year, proms will be held in Clear Creek, Deer Park ISD, and La Porte ISD, in three of the school districts the organization supports through their philanthropic program agreements.

Generous donations by Macy’s Baybrook Mall and Weddings by Debbie offer a vast array of beautiful gowns to select.

For our senior males, tuxedos are selected from Al’s Formal Wear in Webster.

Due to the pandemic, safe and secure measures are in place including specific client appointments and volunteer requirements.

Regardless of those limitations, the joy for both recipient and provider has not wavered!
