Assisteens Label Shopping Bags and Books in Preparation for Operation School Bell

Assisteens® gathered at the Clear Creek ISD‘s Learner Support Center in the chapter’s designated space for philanthropic programs.
Shopping bags and books donated by the Falcon Pass Elementary library were labeled, and polo shirts were sorted and placed in large bags for eventual delivery to Galveston Independent School District.
Operation School Bell®, a nationwide Assistance League® program, is our chapter’s largest philanthropy and takes many hands to implement it successfully. In partnership with the chapter, Assisteens of the Bay Area do their part through their complimentary philanthropic program, Operation School Bell Support.
It was a satisfying time spent together and as usual, with utmost efficiency, the work was completed in less time than estimated.
Some volunteers had already departed when we had a surprise visitor pop in – Clear Creek ISD’s Superintendent, Dr. Eric Williams.
