During the year, after membership meetings adjourn, Assisteens^® assemble pet adoption kits for companion animals who are housed at the League City Animal Care and Bay Area Pet Adoptions/SPCA in San Leon.

The completed kits are delivered to the shelters and given to families when they select the dog or cat they will take home.
