February is recognized as National Children’s Dental Health Month, a month-long national health observance that brings together many healthcare providers, educators, and dedicated professionals to promote the benefits of good oral health. This year, the American Dental Association has chosen the theme Healthy Habits for Healthy Smiles to emphasize the importance of daily hygiene practices.

Assistance League^® of the Bay Area acknowledges the importance of good oral health, which is why we include a toothbrush and toothpaste in our largest philanthropic program, Operation School Bell^®.

Additionally, we are proud to recognize one of our own, Dr. Cindy Castille, who provides complimentary dental care to students referred through our Operation Support Our Schools philanthropy.
