At our last meeting, Assistance League of Bellingham member, Mindy Toney, explained some of the reasons our chapter presented the Busy Bee Award to Diane Curtiss.

Since joining Assistance League in 2023, Diane has:

• organized and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom areas
• makes a cheerful new tablecloth each month to brighten up our kitchen area
• keeps the Thrift Shop’s Tools Department and Luggage Department filled and organized
• works as a cashier at the shop two days a week
• made new first aid kits for the shop

We are so fortunate for Diane’s organizational skills and enthusiasm that she brings to Assistance League!
