Assistance League of Charlotte is a nonprofit 501(c)(3).  Your contributions are fully tax deductible.  We are an all-volunteer organization therefore your contribution is maximized.  All donations stay in the Charlotte area, benefiting children in need and their families through our philanthropic programs. Your gifts are greatly appreciated.

Honor Family and Friends

Donations may be made to honor the memory of a loved one or celebrate significant events.  We will send a card to the person or family you have chosen to honor.  Gift amounts are not listed.

Thrift Shop Donations

 

When considering what to donate, please keep in mind our customers shop with us for great buys on new or “gently used” merchandise.  Please make sure your donations are clean and in good condition with no rips, tears, stains, pet hairs, pet / tobacco odors, excessive wear or structural damage.  Bring your donations to our Thrift Shop at 5426 Old Pineville on Saturdays between 10am – 3pm.   Stay to shop.

Proceeds from our Thrift Shop help fund our philanthropic programs.

Grants From Corporations & Foundations

Assistance League of  Charlotte Grants Committee writes proposals to support our philanthropic programs.  Grants are especially helpful during this time of great need throughout our community.  Throughout the year, individuals and families generously donate to support Assistance League’s programs.
