Our chapter collects new costumes throughout the year. They are given to children who are currently residing in safe houses, homeless shelters, low-income schools and the Salvation Army’s Fresh Start Program. Children get to choose and keep their costume.

Halloween Wishes was started in a member’s home in 1997 and in 2016 was transferred to Assistance League of Colorado Springs. In between, it was run by Pikes Peak Auxiliary.

Approximately 160 costumes are distributed each year.
