Congratulations to Opal Mishra and Regina Rascon from Chandler schools who made it to the top in the Arizona Spelling Bee on March 18. Opal (on left) came in 2^nd and will compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in June. Regina (on right) took 4^th place. Assistance League of East Valley sponsors three spelling bees each year in Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe, providing trophies, ribbons and bookstore gift cards for winners.
