Senior Outreach Service

The Senior Outreach Service program began in 2009 and provides food, personal care items, friendship, and support to residents of Northland senior care centers.

Our volunteers are matched as senior pals to residents of care homes across the Northland, sending greeting cards on holidays and birthdays to provide a little extra cheer.   Entertainment and educational activities are also provided to help enhance the lives of residents at these facilities.  In times of great need in our community, our Senior Outreach Service program has stepped up to address food insecurity among our senior citizens as well.
1,622 seniors were served during 2022-2023 through our Senior Service Outreach program.
