How do I volunteer? Join Assistance League of Kansas City, have a background check, and attend a new member orientation

Is there a fee to join? Annual dues are $60

Who can become a member? People in all stages of life are welcome—women, men, retired or still working

Are there meetings to attend? Monthly meetings are held in the daytime for chapter members and in the evening for Heartland Auxiliary members

How much time is required? Each member can decide how and when to participate. There are numerous and varied opportunities to volunteer and to make new friends
