Honor Family and Friends

Donations may be made to honor the memory of a loved one or celebrate significant events. We will send a card to the person or family you have chosen to honor. Gift amounts are not listed.

Thrift Shop Donations

The Thrift Shop is one of the main sources of funding for our philanthropic programs.

Lighten up your life! Our Thrift Shop is happy to resell items you no longer need! We gladly accept gently used clothing, household items and furniture. Our Thrift Shop is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 am to 4 pm. Donations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Your $$ at Work

$5 will pay for the contents of one hygiene kit. These kits are distributed to children through the Operation School Bell® program supported by Assistance League of Las Vegas. Desert Sage contributes to the purchase of these kits for more than 8,000 school-age children each year.

$10 will provide two bears with an Assistance League t-shirt. Bears are provided to comfort children that are in trauma or crisis situations.

$12 will purchase a new pair of athletic shoes for a child coming to Operation School Bell.

$20 will cover printing costs of 80 Pocket Books. Written and illustrated by Desert Sage members, these books are distributed to at-risk children in grades K-3 in Clark County schools.

$25 will buy two Shadow Buddy dolls. Pediatric oncologists illustrate tumor locations and surgical procedures for pediatric cancer patients using these dolls.

$45 will purchase materials needed to complete three memory boxes. These boxes include a burial gown, bonnet, blanket, a book on grieving and loss, and an angel heart pin that parents can keep in memory of their child.

$75 will provide the new items selected by a child coming to Operation School Bell. Included will be 2 pairs of pants, 4 shirts, a hoodie, underwear and socks for a week, new athletic shoes, a book and a hygiene kit. From September to April that will be over 8,400 students.
