Below is additional information that will help you write a proposal that meets the criteria for funding. Please take the time to read these instructions.

This year we are offering a group application as well as individual applications.

Up to $1,000 in grant funding is available per applicant. Applicants may apply for less but no more than $1,000 will be awarded to any one applicant.

  • Several teachers may apply as a group for the same project within the same school. The limit is $1,000 per applicant and up to $5,000 for a group. For example, 5 teachers can submit a proposal as a group for the same project with the total up to $5,000 for that project or 3 teachers can apply for a group grant up to $3,000.
  • Each applicant or group may only apply for one grant per year. Applicants can apply for a grant every year.
  • Grant applications are due September 30, 2025. Notifications of funding will be sent out by the end of November 2025.
