We finished the fall shopping events for Operation School Bell. We invite elementary school students (selected by their school counselors) to shop for up to $120 worth of new school clothes. About 100 students and their parents enjoyed the shopping experience at Sparks Target, and we also sponsored events at many Walmarts and the Reno Target. We will resume the shopping events with different schools in February. The looks of delight on the children’s faces as they get new shoes and clothing warms our hearts.
