Assistance League carefully selects students who are returning to college after taking time off (life does get in the way) to get the education they need to have the career of their dreams. Because of the pandemic, we didn’t meet these scholars. TMCC (Truckee Meadows Community College) had a wonderful event where we were able to get together with many of this year’s scholarship recipients. We met aspiring nurses, dental assistants, architects, and construction managers. We look forward to supporting them throughout their educational adventure.
