Over 20 Assistance League volunteers helped make the. 2022 Veterans Stand Down in Reno a great success. We provided over 250 rolling duffel bags, over 300 winter coats, and over100 gloves for this outreach event. The event was held to engage homeless veterans and present them with longer-term health treatment and housing opportunities. Assistance League volunteers also made special blankets and hats for the veterans.
